Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Wear.Love Goods & Apparel.
Therefore, we offer you this generous policy
PURCHASES ONLINE:
Returns
For all items that remain in perfect condition, you qualify for a return for a full refund within 30 days.
To process please:
- Within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, email william@wear.love explaining what you’d like to do.
- Once confirmed with me, please send in the mail to “Wear.Love”, 212 E. 4th Street, Waterloo, IA 50703 your item.
- Please include in the package a note “Please refund.” and include your Order Number.
- Within 3 business days of receipt, your package will be evaluated that it remains in perfect condition, and if it is confirmed, you’ll be refunded through your form of payment.
Exchanges
For all items that remain in perfect condition, you qualify for an exchange for a different color / size of your choosing within 30 days.
To process please:
- Within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, email william@wear.love explaining what you’d like to do.
- If we made a mistake by sending you the incorrect item, we will exchange for free.
- If you unfortunately made a mistake with the color or size, we will ask you to help pay for the exchange at $4.95 to be paid via PayPal or other agreed upon payment method.
- We mail to you the item that you’re requesting to be exchanged.
- In the package, we will include a pre-paid returns bag for the item(s) you are exchanging.
PURCHASES FROM A “HOMETOWN RETAIL PARTNER”
- Returns and Exchanges can only be requested directly through the retailer where you purchase was made.
EXCEPTIONS
- All sale items (items purchased that were discounted from full price before using any promotional code).
- We unfortunately cannot be responsible for any packages that are missing upon delivery to the address inputted during checkout.
- There is a limit of one exchange per order.
